新竹湖口縮減車道　一度回堵至收費站

楊梅收費站初一上午南下車流從9時以後出現大量，由於新竹湖口路段路幅較小縮減成三線，車流一度回堵到收費站，不過時間不常。楊梅過後車速較慢，但都還能消化車流。
